As our new Manufacturing Engineer - Electrical, you will be applying your electrical engineering expertise to control and improve production activities, ensuring cost, quality, and schedule targets are met across assigned production lines. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Manufacturing Engineering team, you'll create impact by Driving continuous improvement in our electrical manufacturing processes to deliver reliable, high-quality products that support Grundfos's mission of pioneering solutions to the world's water and climate challenges..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Control production activities, material flow, and inventory to achieve cost, quality, and schedule targets for assigned production lines
  • Manage and supervise production technicians and supervisors to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, local regulations, and Grundfos quality requirements
  • Drive process improvements and implement developed manufacturing engineering methodologies
  • Collaborate with the APU Manager and Technical Manager to align production goals with broader plant objectives
  • Support additional plant-level initiatives and tasks as assigned by the Plant Manager

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a hands-on electrical engineering professional with strong manufacturing process knowledge, proven leadership of production teams, and the ability to work independently across functional areas. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering, including driving developed processes
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing plans, processes, systems, and applicable local laws and regulations
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience managing or supervising production technicians and supervisors
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Background in electrical component or assembly production environments
