What is this job about?

Coordinator support Plant manager/ and the management team with administrative tasks and support the plant effective/efficient work.

 

Your main responsibilities:

· Perform administrative tasks within the department/plant.

· Ensure coordination of activities and different projects.

· Support the management team with on-going administrative tasks.

· Keeping an updated overview of tasks and projects in the department/plant.

· Follow up on financials within the department/plant.

· Support the department/plant on administrative tasks.

 

Your background:

We imagine that you have:

 

· High School degree

· High English knowledge both written and spoken

· Excellent organization and communication skills

· Experience driving well-defined processes within Administration and Business Support
