We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will apply subject matter knowledge and demonstrate technical and business insight, working within a unit and/or across functional areas with limited supervision.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control production activities, material flow, and inventory to achieve cost and quality targets and production schedules for the assigned production line(s).
  • Ensure compliance with standards.
  • Manage and supervise production technicians.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience driving developed processes within Manufacturing Process Engineering.
  • Ability to lead processes or projects.
  • Ability to lead a business process within Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Typically, 3-4 years of relevant work experience in addition to formal education.
  • Solid knowledge of the plans, processes, and activities within the functional area of Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Strong ability to influence others.
  • Great understanding of relevant systems, local laws, and regulations applicable to Manufacturing Engineering.
