As our new Global Program Development Manager you will be leading end-to-end product development programs within our Idea to Market framework - driving governance, stakeholder alignment, and on-time, on-scope, on-quality delivery of business-critical offerings across the full value chain.

What you will be doing
As a part of Product Development’s Delivery Team within Water Utility Division, you'll create impact by Driving the successful delivery of Grundfos's most complex and strategically critical product programs, directly shaping the innovations that reach our customers worldwide..

Your main responsibilities include:

• Lead complex product development programs end-to-end from mandate through market launch and handover, ensuring delivery on scope, quality, cost, time, benefits, and risks
• Secure governance and compliance with the Decision Point Model, preparing evidence packages for gate approvals and documenting GO/NO GO decisions
• Engage and align senior stakeholders including Project Decision Boards, Division Leadership Teams, and cross-functional partners across Sales, Product Development, Operations, and Quality, Finance, Solutions&Marketing
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, and dependency management across teams through DP-Model tracks (Incremental, Differentiated, Digital)
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate risks and issues, while championing continuous improvement and challenging the status quo to deliver faster, simpler ways of working
• Partner closely with the Technical Project Owner (TPO) to jointly steer technical alignment, manage external communication, and ensure requirements are met from definition through delivery

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a decisive, self-driven program leader with deep experience in complex product development, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate confidently across all organizational levels in a multinational matrix environment.

We would also imagine that you have:  

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Business from a recognized institution
• 8-10+ years of experience leading complex product/program development in a multinational matrix organization
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification with hands-on governance experience
• Proven experience working in Lean-Agile environments with both hardware and software deliveries
• Strong and efficient business communication in English

It is a plus if you also:

• Experience as a people manager and mentor within project or program organizations
• Hands-on experience leading digital transformation or digitalization projects
• Familiarity with processes across multiple domains
