Facility Engineer

 

Do you want to have an important part in facility? In the role of our new Facility Engineer, you will have a unique opportunity to work at our two factories located in Székesfehérvár.

 

What is the job about?

As a Facility Engineer, reporting directly to the Technical Manager, and in close collaboration with your colleagues, you will work as technical support of soft facility, and you will be also coordinating the tasks of the energy management.

 

Your main responsibilities:

 

Your role as a Facility Engineer will include a variety of activities, from identifying new supplier opportunities and sustaining constructive engagements with our current suppliers to crafting the technical elements of contractual documentation. You will be instrumental in shaping and overseeing projects related to soft facility services and energy optimization.

 

A key part of your role will involve measuring and analyzing energy consumption and emissions, identifying improvement and waste reduction possibilities to contribute to a more sustainable future. You will actively participate in organizational development, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to enhance our operations.

 

You are encouraged to function effectively on your own while displaying adept coordination skills, ensuring both personal tasks and group projects are conducted smoothly within and among different teams. Compliance with statutory requirements, Grundfos standards, and company policies is crucial. You will be responsible for creating and reviewing processes to ensure compliance.

 

Your background:

We imagine that you are an engineer, preferably mechanical, electrical engineer or similar. Whether you are either a recent graduate or have some years of experience as an engineer, with a focus on facility– the most important thing is that you are innovative, problem solver and have knowledge of manufacturing or maintenance, you are able to communicate with managers and specialists about complex technical issues. You speak fluent English and fluent Hungarian in written and spoken as well.
