As our new Electrical Technician, you will be providing technical support for the development and production of special control panels for booster systems, collaborating with engineering teams, product management, sales, and customers in a dynamic international environment. What you will be doing
As a key part of the CSU Strategy and Centre of Excellence team, you'll create impact by Bridging the gap between engineering design and production to deliver reliable, standards-compliant control panel solutions that support Grundfos's water and climate mission..
Your main responsibilities include:
- Provide technical support to the shop floor and help resolve product-related issues during production
- Create and update technical documentation including specifications, wiring diagrams, and manuals
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand and translate technical requirements
- Support sales and production teams with technical input on control panel configurations
- Learn and apply relevant product standards and regulations such as EN60204 and EN61439
- Participate in cross-functional projects and meetings with international colleagues
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a technically curious professional with an electrical engineering background, strong communication skills in English, and a proactive attitude toward learning and collaboration. We would also imagine that you have:
- Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or Power Engineering
- Experience in a technical role within manufacturing, engineering, or technology industries
- Knowledge of reading and creating wiring diagrams using Eplan or similar software
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
It is a plus if you also:
- Familiarity with 3D modeling tools
- Experience working in international or cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of control panel design or electrical schematics
You'll also be available for travelling up to 13 days per year.
