Are you passionate about transforming complex product data landscapes into unified, transparent structures that empower teams to make smarter decisions? Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.
As our new Data Analyst, you will be analyzing and harmonizing product data systems across our newly merged Water Utility division, building dashboards and reports in Power BI, and driving the development of a unified data platform that enables cross-functional collaboration across Denmark, India, Korea, China, and Hungary. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.
What you will be doing
Your main responsibilities include:
- Analyze data systems, data flows, and reporting structures across merged Wastewater and Groundwater product data families to identify inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that enable transparent, data-driven decision-making across the division
- Support the development of a unified divisional data platform by defining data requirements, harmonizing structures, and contributing to data governance standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Scrum teams, Product Owners, Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable data solutions
- Simplify and standardize existing data processes so colleagues can work more flexibly and consistently across systems and teams
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a detail-oriented analytical thinker with a talent for connecting data, processes, and business needs — someone who thrives on bringing clarity to complex data landscapes and communicating insights that influence real decisions. We would also imagine that you have:
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, product data management, or business analysis
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar data visualization and reporting tools
- Advanced Excel skills including VBA and macros
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
It is a plus if you also:
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
- Basic programming or AI skills
- Background in manufacturing, engineering, or product development environments, ideally with experience in agile/Scrum setups
