What You’ll Do

 

  • Support sustainable sourcing strategy: Develop, improve, and deploy processes, methods, and tools across regions, with a focus on the environment and social areas of Sustainable Supply Chain.
  • Drive projects and roadmaps: Contribute actively to sustainable sourcing initiatives and roadmap development.
  • Benchmark and improve: Conduct external analysis and assessments to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance: Maintain and develop process descriptions, coordinate the preparation for external audits, and ensure data quality in internal and external reports.
  • Engage suppliers: Support supplier engagement activities, develop training materials, and deliver sessions.
  • Collaborate globally: Work closely with stakeholders in cross-functional initiatives and projects in regards of Sustainable Supply Chain management. Secure efficient progress reporting and provide regular presentations, training sessions.

 

 

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum BSc/BA degree with relevant background in Environmental and/or Sustainability area
  • 3–4 years’ experience in a relevant role with strong understanding of ESG and sustainability challenges.
  • Strong understanding of sustainable procurement, due diligence, responsible business, human rights, and supply chain environmental impact.
  • Knowledge of procurement flows and systems (SAP, Sievo).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Professional English proficiency (C1 level).
  • Project management experience is an advantage.
