As our new Product Development Engineer, you’ll lead the advancement of next-generation pump and motor technologies to strengthen sustainable groundwater solutions for customers worldwide. You’ll be part of a diverse, inclusive culture that fosters growth, well-being, and belonging.
What you will be doing
As a key member of the Product Development team, you’ll ensure our products meet the highest quality and compliance standards before reaching customers worldwide. Your responsibilities include:
- Driving and coordinating validation activities across projects, ensuring structured planning, execution, and traceability.
- Defining and maintaining validation plans, strategies, and test frameworks aligned with stakeholder needs.
- Identifying risks, gaps, and inconsistencies in requirements and testing, and leading mitigation actions.
- Collaborating with system engineering, design, and test teams to ensure robust system-level performance and compliance.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of validation processes, tools, and methods.
- Supporting teams on test coverage, validation methods, and quality decision-making.
What makes you a great fit
You are a structured and analytical engineer with strong collaboration skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to connect requirements, testing, and validation outcomes. Ideally, you have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience in validation, testing, or verification of complex products or systems.
- Knowledge of requirements management, traceability principles, and quality/compliance standards.
- Familiarity with structured development processes and tools (e.g., traceability tools, test management systems).
Bonus qualifications:
- Exposure to systems engineering or Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
- Experience with root cause analysis and defect handling.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
