As our new Mechanical Intern, you will be supporting our China Lab with mechanical engineering tasks, contributing to testing, analysis, and day-to-day operational activities that keep our innovation pipeline moving. What you will be doing

As a key part of the China Lab Engineering team, you'll create impact by Contributing to lab operations and engineering projects that help Grundfos develop sustainable water technology solutions for a global market..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Support daily China Lab operations including test setup, data collection, and equipment maintenance
  • Complete assigned engineering tasks and deliverables as defined by the team Product Owner
  • Assist with fluid mechanics analysis, documentation, and reporting for ongoing projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations using MS Office tools to communicate findings

 

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a curious and motivated engineering student with a solid foundation in fluid mechanics, strong English communication skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, or a closely related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
