As our new Senior Front Office Coordinator, you will be playing a crucial role in internal business support and the implementation of the Ariba Source to Pay solution, helping internal clients navigate procurement processes while driving supplier enablement and change management across the organization. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Group Purchasing Excellence team, you'll create impact by Driving procurement transformation by enabling stakeholders and suppliers to thrive on a new platform, ensuring smooth adoption and operational excellence..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Manage procurement-related inquiries from internal clients via ticketing, email, chat, and phone, escalating complex cases and ensuring timely resolution
  • Serve as a primary contact for internal stakeholders, providing consistent support, training, and guidance on the Ariba Source to Pay platform
  • Support supplier onboarding by inviting and guiding vendors to integrate with the Ariba system, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Assist in managing organizational change as teams transition to the new procurement tool, minimizing disruption and fostering adoption
  • Create and deliver training sessions and educational materials to deepen user understanding of the Ariba platform
  • Monitor system usage, identify process improvement opportunities, and maintain accurate documentation aligned with procurement best practices

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a proactive communicator with procurement or business support experience, strong organizational skills, and a talent for guiding stakeholders through change and new system adoption. We would also imagine that you have:

  • 3+ years in a procurement, administrative, or business support role, preferably in a Shared Service environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes and business support / procurement support services
  • Basic project management and organizational skills

It is a plus if you also:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Ariba or similar procurement platforms
  • Experience supporting system implementations or change management initiatives
