Job Description

What is the job about?

  • Establish and maintain APU quality system to live up to ISO 9001, Group standards and the customers’ expectations      

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of quality control through data collection, analysis & reporting
  • Introduce and implement advanced quality tools to the organization such as SCC, FASCAR, QIS, FINS, MSA, Capability Study, Control Plan.
  • Establish effective claims handling process with customers. Handle customer complaints and take follow-up actions.    
  • Handle third part audit, group audit, internal audit (eg. Process/Product/SCC audits etc.) and external customers’ audit and make sure all non-conformances are closed timely.
  • Cultivate zero defect quality culture in the organization through training and continual development of all staff promoting quality awareness.
  • Provide necessary training for engineers and technicians and motivate staff in order to achieve high efficiency team works.
  • General responsible for measuring tools management and develop measuring competence to organization
  • Take other tasks assigned by superior      

 

What do you need to apply? 

We expect you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or related technical field.
  • Good at written and spoken English
  • Familiar with office software, such as Word, Excel, Power point.
  • At least 5 years quality work experience with multinational companies in mechanical or other related industries. 1-2 years of which is in supervisory role.
  • Have the knowledge and experience of implementing ISO9001 management system  
  • Have knowledge with quality tools such as: SPC, Process Control and MSA.
  • A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High potential for further development to more senior management position
