As our new Product Development Engineer, you will be driving the design and development of products from concept through to full value chain transfer, collaborating with specialists to apply key technologies and deliver impactful solutions. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Product Development team, you'll create impact by Shaping the next generation of Grundfos products by bridging design innovation with scalable manufacturing and value chain excellence.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Take ownership of a defined product or technology area, driving design and development activities from concept to completion
- Facilitate and support the transfer of developed products to the full value chain, ensuring seamless handoff to manufacturing and operations
- Collaborate closely with senior and lead specialists to apply key technologies and deliver high-quality outcomes in product development projects
- Ensure knowledge-sharing across teams, contributing substance and expertise within your professional area
- Lead and drive development processes, ensuring alignment with plans, timelines, and regulatory requirements
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a hands-on engineering professional with a strong foundation in product development processes, the ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders, and a genuine passion for bringing innovative products to life. We would also imagine that you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience driving development processes within product development
- Solid knowledge of product development plans, processes, and activities, including relevant systems and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to lead processes or projects and influence cross-functional teams
