What is the job about?

Take a key part in development of Grundfos variable speed drives solutions. Be a part of a scrum development team of drives solutions, where this role will hold the responsibility of deep product knowledge of variable speed drives. In addition, the expectation is a solid pump application understanding, and bringing this knowledge as input to product feature specifications.

Your main responsibilities:

• Thrives in a mix of specification, planning and practical work hands-on work with our products
• Brings pump application understanding into the specification for new products
• Contribute to requirements writing, integration and verification strategy deployment combining sub-pump components (Drive, motor, pump etc.).  
• Work with suppliers/partners to ensure the right product functionality and that it works as intended in the application and is easy to use.
• Enabling products such as apps and connectivity components into a whole system.
• Take ownership in verification activities including documentation.
• Be familiar with associated Grundfos processes, Standards and Grundfos practice.

What do you need to apply? 

We expect you have:

• Engineering or technical education
• Proven experience with variable speed drives and pumps
• Understanding of product hardware and software in a context of Drives
• 5-10 years relevant experience
• Proficient in English – verbal and written
• Understanding Agile principles
• Capability of Simulation, WCC, Schematic/PCB design
• Familiar of D-FMEA/Fail analysis
