Order Execution Specialist

As our new Order Execution Specialist, you will be managing and executing incoming orders across APAC regions, ensuring fast and accurate order processing while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain key performance indicators. What you will be doing
As a key part of the APAC Industrial Supply Chain Management team, you'll create impact by Driving operational excellence in order fulfillment and customer satisfaction across the APAC region by ensuring accurate, timely order execution and proactive supply chain collaboration..
Your main responsibilities include:
•    Manage and enter incoming orders (manual and electronic) to ensure fast, accurate order processing from entry through on-time delivery, including order confirmations and amendments
•    Assist customers with order progression, supply chain issues, and lead time inquiries across APAC regions
•    Proactively collaborate with Credit Control to ensure disputes and invoice queries are resolved within 5 working days
•    Leverage SAP/BW reports to improve SAP housekeeping, customer satisfaction, and profitability
•    Work closely with Supply Chain teams to achieve world-class supplier ratings for order fulfillment and progression
•    Monitor and maintain orders to ensure key performance indicators are consistently met

What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a detail-oriented order management professional with strong SAP skills, excellent English communication abilities, and a customer-first mindset who thrives in cross-cultural, international environments. 

 

We would also imagine that you have:
•    3-5 years of order management experience in a manufacturing environment
•    Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
•    Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and 2-3 years of experience working with SAP
•    Fluent English literacy and verbal communication skills
It is a plus if you also:
•    Experience with SAP ERP, CRM, or BW modules
•    Background in credit control or dispute resolution processes
•    Cross-cultural collaboration experience in a regional or global organization
