ME Engineer

Job Purpose
Support production line to maintain and improve process/OPR/productivity/safety

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
o    Create correct P/N, BOM for product in SAP system.
o    Make and maintain process documentations (Flow chart/PFMEA/Work instruction/Control instruction), and implement training
o    Introduce new chemicals and MSDS with chemical assessment team and maintain MSDS 
o    Create and maintain product routings, guarantee accuracy of work center and routing time. Review cycle time/machine time periodically to keep OPR data updated correctly with information in SAP.
o    Implement ECM and finish timely and accurately.
o    Maintain&design production process,lead to introduce new machines according to ME S6 process. Familiar with Lean Line Design principles and apply this methodology in new production line design.
o    Lead projects to continuously improve productivity,OPR,safety and also reduce water&energy consumption.
o    Involved or responsible for new product,transferring project introduction
o    Cooperate with quality department to solve production and quality issue ,improve FTT, reduce scrap and customer complaints to improve customer satisfaction.
o    Apply lean production tools such as SW,Yamazumi,VSM,SMED etc. to continuously improve safety,quality,delivery,cost and so on to support sustainability development

Required Minimum Qualifications
o    Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or related technical field
o    Good English in both oral and written
o    Skilled in Catia and AutoCAD or Other relative Designing software.
o    At least 3 years working experience and independence work in machining area and automatic line with engineering background
o    With Robots control process in automatic line experience will be better 
o    Have experience  and knowledge of complex project handling in manufacturing
