ME Engineer

What is the job about?

Support production line to maintain and improve process/OPR/productivity/safety      

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Create correct P/N, BOM for product in SAP system.
  • Make and maintain process documentations (Flow chart/PFMEA/Work instruction/Control instruction), and implement training
  • Introduce new chemicals and MSDS with chemical assessment team and maintain MSDS
  • Create and maintain product routings, guarantee accuracy of work center and routing time. Review cycle time/machine time periodically to keep OPR data updated correctly with information in SAP.
  • Implement ECM and finish timely and accurately.
  • Maintain&design production process,lead to introduce new machines according to ME S6 process. Know Lean Line Design principles.
  • Lead projects to continuously improve productivity,OPR,safety and also reduce water&energy consumption.
  • Involved as representative for new product,transferring project introduction
  • Cooperate with quality department to solve production and quality issue ,improve FTT, reduce scrap and customer complaints to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Apply lean production tools such as SW,Yamazumi,VSM,SMED etc. to continuously improve safety,quality,delivery,cost and so on to support sustainability development
  • Support and deploy group and local Safety, Health and Environmental policy, standard and plan, strive to achieve plant Safety, Health and Environmental target.

 

What do you need to apply? 

We expect you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or related technical field
  • Motor, pump industry background is preferred
  • CET-6 English level, good Oral English is preferred.
  • Familiar with office software, such as Word, Excel, Power point, AutoCAD.
  • At least 3 years working experience with engineering background
