What is the job about?
- Being a solid contributor with support HR transactional delivery in Suzhou site
- As a partner for plant HR, support on the people agenda of Suzhou plant, support Head of Country and Plant HR to ensure the Plant is a great place to work
- Ensure collaboration within Suzhou site, and within Country level across divisions
Your main responsibilities:
Being a sparring partner to Suzhou Plant HR/Plant HRBP
- Support the learn and grow activities in the plant, according to the needs and requirements in the Plants in collaboration with divisions
- Support the deployment of the "People" pillar of GPS and the associated
performance indicators in the plant.
- Support and sparring with leaders in the day-to-day leadership and engagement of their teams with the support of the Group HR, HR services, Country HR team, and Divisional HRBPs. (eg. daily sparring of individual cases related to well-being, absence and general performance, team composition, roles and competencies in the APUs and plant functions, development and succession on both office and shopfloor level).
- Participate in the deployment of HR initiatives driven by the Head of Country and Plant HR, and/or by the Division to which the plant belongs.
- Support Annual HR processes: PDD, merit review, TSM, EMS, etc. based on
Grundfos global HR processes, divisional scope and timeline. See RASCI
- Support initiatives aimed at developing well-being at work and strengthening diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Support Head of Country and Plant HR to ensure the Plant is a great place to work, learn and grow
Support HR transactional delivery
- Support on the pre-onboard process (Group ID application and send notice for PC, Phone, E-mail account applications etc.)
- Support on Labor Contract/Agreement etc. signing process and file archiving
- Support on offboarding process (Send offboarding package to the people manager, raise termination ticket after the last working day confirmed)
- Contract management (Contract renewal /Probation evaluation follow-up)
- Local master data upload
- Maintain the onsite personal file per compliance requirement
- Support on Monthly report including Headcount, Turnover, Availability etc.
- Coordinate Commercial Insurance information with China Benefits
- Plant Activities Support e.g: EMS survey, operations townhall, training, Benefit Committee activity etc.
- Support the deployment of HR initiatives from Group HR or China country level
What do you need to apply?
We expect you have:
- Relevant master's or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Good English and MS Office
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant position
- Experience working in an international company with a matrix organization
