HR Intern

What is the job about?

This role will be a solid contributor with support HR transactional delivery in Suzhou site and other ad-hoc tasks for country level or other sites      

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Responsible to provide local HR Report (actual HC, forecast HC, OT, absentavailability, turnover rate, working hours)
  • Provide HR related reports with high quality (to government, production, EHS, Fin, etc.)
  • Regular group report (EHS)
  • HR data analysis if required (turnover rate, exit &joiner list)
  • Employee master data update in SAP (raise a ticket about employee's data change)
  • Local master data update (Employee profile file, Organization chart, cost center file, Individual employee file P-file, employment of contract, letters of resignations etc)
  • GPC & TCC Meals top-up
  • Holiday notice to employees in advance
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned for country level or other sites

 

What do you need to apply? 

We expect you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in English /HR/Business management is preferable
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Able to operate PC with MS office programs, Power Point Presentation, Excel and Word.
  • Good interpersonal and coordination skills;
