- Carry developments from fledgling ideas to finished solution
- Heading the development of both product programs, you stand at the center of a network of involved functions across the entire Value Chain, all working together to deliver.
Collaboration is your central tool for success, as you ensure the team is always engaged, inspired and working in the right direction.
More specifically, you:
- Lead the execution of projects, ensuring delivery within the approved scope, quality, cost and timeframes, with an eye on benefits and risks
- This role involves managing cross-functional teams from various countries, overseeing the development process, and coordinating production bases across multiple locations within our extensive supply chain network
- Excel in stakeholder management in a highly complex business environment full of paradoxes
- Push for more interaction with our customers to understand their needs and prerequisites
- Ensure project alignment with customer needs and Grundfos strategies
- Hand over finished developments of high quality to our Global Program Management.
- Further develop the organization and implement new working methods in adherence to our digital and agile transformation
- Help nurture our goals for a greener future.

Project, product or program manager :
You are curious by nature, eager to understand customers’ needs and excited at the prospect of contributing to a green agenda. You are also a visionary, able to think creatively, and you are not afraid of taking responsibility for business cases and pushing them until you reach your goals.
Furthermore, we imagine that you:
- Have 8+ years of experience with leading and executing complex projects within product and program management
- Hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
- Are knowledgeable about product development and budgeting
- Able to stay or travel to China ~90 days per year to visit customers, production facilities and other functions (in the first 1-2 years, it might up to 120 days or more)
- Are fluent in English.
- An good understanding of pump industry would be a great advantage.
