As our new Admin Intern, you will be supporting the daily operations of our Suzhou plant by managing reception duties, coordinating travel arrangements, and delivering essential administrative services that keep our workplace running smoothly. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Business Support - Suzhou Plant team, you'll create impact by Ensuring seamless administrative operations that enable every team in our Suzhou plant to focus on what they do best..
Your main responsibilities include:
- Manage front desk reception including telephone transfers, visitor receiving, and maintaining up-to-date contact lists
- Handle procurement and stock management of office supplies, stationery, and refreshments, including monthly payment processing and cost follow-up
- Coordinate travel arrangements such as hotel and car bookings, and support visa application processes
- Support new staff onboarding for admin-related items including name cards, access authority, locker assignments, and meal cards
- Maintain office public areas including meeting rooms, locker rooms, and common spaces to ensure a professional work environment
- Manage the meal system and support continuous improvement of administrative processes and policies
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a proactive and detail-oriented communicator with strong bilingual skills and a genuine passion for delivering excellent administrative support. We would also imagine that you have:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in English, HR, Business Management, or a related field
- Good command of both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
It is a plus if you also:
- Previous internship or experience in reception or administrative support roles
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills with the ability to work independently under pressure
