Senior Service Specialist
What is the job about?
As a Senior Service Specialist, you will apply broad expert technical knowledge and after-sales service to the regional/global market for Grundfos supplied services and solutions. Responsible for maintaining and developing service programs for products, service centres and partners and troubleshooting methodology for new and existing products. Demonstrates high degree of understanding of customer needs.
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide senior level after-sales service technical expertise - at product and system/application level.
- Create and provide service-related product training and technical support to customers and colleagues for new and existing products and their applications.
- Develop Service deliverables in new product introductions
- Analyse failure data and report findings to support corrective action activities
- Life time Maintenance of Service Portfolio and Service Documentation including Service offerings
Your background
We imagine that you have:
- Experience managing defined processes within the service environment
- Possess industry experience within a business environment; experience working in a large manufacturing environment with good understanding of the entire value chain
- Most likely to have 5-6 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education
- Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in the service environment
- Good ability to influence others and establish and maintain a broad network within the organisation.
- Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems and regulations where applicable, for the service environment
- English language skills for technical communication (Speaking / Writing)
