As our new Sustainable Sourcing Coordinator, you will be collecting and managing chemical compliance data from suppliers, lead supplier conversations, feeding information to area specific dashboards to track progress, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure Grundfos meets its sustainability and regulatory commitments. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Sustainable Sourcing team, you'll create impact by Ensuring our supply chain meets the highest standards of chemical compliance and sustainability, directly supporting Grundfos's commitment to a more responsible and circular future.
Your main responsibilities include:
· Collect chemical compliance data from suppliers, including material declaration sheets, certificates, and supply chain questionnaires
· Communicate with suppliers to explain data requirements, follow up on deadlines, and resolve issues proactively
· Build and maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor data collection progress and support management reporting
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on compliance expectations and drive agreements
· Support risk mitigation activities and emerging compliance topics
· Participate in discussions and initiatives related to sustainable sourcing and chemical compliance
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a proactive and detail-oriented coordinator with strong communication skills, fluency in Hungarian and English, and a genuine interest in sustainability and compliance. We would also imagine that you have:
· Fluency in Hungarian and English (written and spoken)
· 1-2 years of experience in procurement, manufacturing, compliance, or a related field
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills
It is a plus if you also have:
· Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
· Background in chemical compliance, sustainable sourcing, or regulatory frameworks
· Project participation or project management experience
