What is the job about?
As our new Supply Planning Supervisor, you will be leading and developing a supply planning team while coordinating across procurement, demand planning, production, warehouse, and logistics to ensure seamless supply chain execution and continuous improvement. As a key part of the Supply Chain Planning team, you'll create impact by Driving supply chain excellence by optimizing inventory levels, improving supplier performance, and empowering your team to deliver on critical KPIs that support Grundfos's growth strategy.
This position reports directly to our Supply Chain Manager and is based in Brookshire, Texas, operating on-site daily.

The salary range for this position is 78,400 USD – 118,700 USD. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of Grundfos’s total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. Grundfos salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in Brookshire, Texas.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and develop the Supply Planning team through coaching, performance reviews, and improvement plans to ensure daily execution excellence
- Monitor and report on team KPIs including OTTR, ASOT, and inventory turns, continuously driving improvements to meet or exceed targets
- Collaborate with procurement, production planning, APU, warehouse, and logistics to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce past due backlog
- Manage purchasing exceptions against the production plan, escalating and resolving bottlenecks that impact delivery commitments
- Maintain supply chain master data quality and distribute monthly supplier scorecards, partnering with vendors, purchasing, and quality to improve supplier performance
- Ensure team compliance with EHS policies, lead safety meetings, and promote a culture of environmental awareness and sustainable practices
We imagine that you have:
Above all, you are a results-driven supply chain professional with strong leadership skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate across functions to solve complex planning challenges. We would also imagine that you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supply planning role with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of SAP MM and PP modules
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and analytical problem-solving
- It is a plus if you also:
- Lean certification (Green Belt) or equivalent continuous improvement experience
- APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP)
- Experience with supply chain automation and digitalization initiatives
