As our new Planning Supervisor, you will be supervising and elevating our planning function — driving on-time delivery, optimizing inventory, and building a high-performing team that keeps our production engine running smoothly. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Production Planning team, you'll create impact by Leading the evolution of our planning capabilities to shorten lead times, improve delivery performance, and elevate supply chain maturity across the plant..
Your main responsibilities include:
- Manage sales order, production order, and purchase order fulfillment to align delivery with customer requirements and targeted lead times
- Oversee SIOP, MPS, and SAP planning parameter maintenance processes while monitoring on-time completion of plant plans
- Drive end-to-end inventory management efficiency, proactively adjusting strategies based on sales data and market feedback
- Lead monthly material forecasting and capacity demand planning for key suppliers, and drive initiatives to shorten product lead times
- Define and drive core planning KPIs, establish the Manufacturing Operation System (MOS) for the planning team, and lead continuous improvement activities
- Build overall team capabilities through personnel management and further develop the framework within the planning function
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a results-oriented planning leader with deep manufacturing experience, strong SAP expertise, and a proven ability to build teams and drive supply chain maturity. We would also imagine that you have:
- Bachelor's degree or above with 10+ years of planning experience in manufacturing, including 3+ years in planning team management
- Hands-on experience with SAP, particularly PP and MM modules
- Proficient in spoken and written English with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, VBA, and Power BI
It is a plus if you also:
- Familiarity with Python and other AI tools for planning optimization
- Experience implementing SIOP processes and driving supply chain maturity frameworks
- Background in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
