Join Grundfos as our next Supply Chain Manager and take the lead in driving operational excellence at our Water Utility (WU) plant in Aalestrup. Water Utility is one of our four divisions, headquartered in USA, and operating worldwide.
What You’ll Do
As Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing team and a seamless supply chain. Your leadership will ensure efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and inspire a skilled team, fostering growth and engagement.
- Optimize performance across delivery, inventory, lead time, and other key SCM KPIs.
- Ensure operational excellence in order handling, material call-offs, and production planning.
- Champion GPS (Grundfos Production System) initiatives to embed lean principles and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate strategically with plant leadership to align goals and deliver results.
- Drive SIOP processes and ensure timely reporting for global coordination.

Furthermore, we imagine that you have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in supply chain or operations.
- Leadership experience (or strong potential to lead).
- Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong communication skills in Danish and English.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office tools.
