As Senior Supply Chain Manager, Europe you will be anchored in our Industry Division, more specifically within Operations. In this pivotal role you ensure the fulfillment of our customers' needs through our plants in Europe. You become responsible for executing supply planning processes, analysis, and escalations with precision and speed. Furthermore, you will manage a team of 6 employees.
What is the job about?
You lead the Industry Regional SIOP and SIOE cycles, ensuring swift information flow and decision-making to balance demand, supply, and inventory variations. As the main point of contact for the regional sales team, you will handle customer escalations and engage directly with customers when necessary. Additionally, you will spearhead supply chain improvement projects to enhance our division and regional processes, supporting business development.
Your main responsibilities:
- Drive Industry Europe Supply Chain performance (Inventory, Days of Supply, Cost of Total Transportation, etc.).
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of decisions aimed at change and improvement.
- Support division escalations by liaising with various stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Plants, and Purchasing).
- Ensure adherence to Supply Chain processes within Industry plants, tracking process indicators.
- Continuously refine execution of practices and methods based on performance and process metrics.
- Act as the Supply Chain liaison for the region’s key customers, leading the resolution of both structural and spot issues.
- Initiate and drive improvement projects and change management within the Supply Chain to boost delivery and quality performance, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction.

Besides this, we imagine that you have:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Economy, or Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain Management within multinational companies.
- Leadership: Proven experience in direct people management.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations with a global perspective.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer needs.
- Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in English.
- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in applying supply chain and logistics concepts for end-to-end supply chains.
- SIOP/S&OP Knowledge: Familiarity with Sales and Operations Planning processes.
