Join our Water Utility division as leader of the renowned Ground water and submersibles technology. Here, you will play a crucial role in transforming our solutions and taking them to the forefront of the market. Reporting to the WU VP Head of Product Development, you will be an integral member of the Product Development Leadership team and the Divisional Extended Leadership Team. Furthermore, you will navigate and collaborate within a complex stakeholder management landscape. 

 

What is the job about? 
You will lead and guide the Product Development Group in developing and maintaining best-in-class products within the Water Utility Groundwater & Submersibles Product Group. Moreover, you execute the product roadmap as planned, ensuring innovation impact, budget adherence, and timely delivery.

 

Your main responsibilities: 

  • Budget accountable for all activities within product group.
  • Ensure a meaningful work environment aligned with Grundfos Values and Purpose. 
  • Ensure Product Group portfolio performance in the market. 
  • Take accountability for the development of complete technical solutions and product development, including large, small, and solution development projects, in close alignment with Product Management and Global Program Development Management.
  • Manage capabilities linked to product visions and roadmap, driving the execution of Division strategy within the value stream.
  • Collaborate, align, and agree on capability needs outside Product Development with stakeholders such as Product Management, CTO, OPS, and external partners (make/buy).


Your background

  • Master’s- or bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar field.
  • Preferably hold an E-MBA or similar qualification.
  • Proven business acumen with several years of experience in leading and developing people within a global context. 
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, preferably in product development.
  • Agile experience and change management know-how.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
