Student Assistant in Group Finance

In the Group Finance Team supporting Group Operations and Group Supply Chain we are looking for a student assistant to support with a wide variety of tasks in areas such as Logistics, Factories and AI development. Also, you will play a key role in advancing our AI usage and deploying it in the processes. 


You will join a team/department with 8 colleagues, all working to support the Operations functions in their operational activities as well as the strategic direction. We cover factories, group functions and group footprint strategy areas, making this team a very diverse and exciting one to be part of. We guarantee a steep learning curve and lots of responsibility. We look forward to sharing our knowledge with you – and hear about and implement your ideas.

What is the job about?

We imagine that you will be assisting in/with different tasks through your time here, but the major part in the beginning will be supporting the Group Logistics area with controlling related tasks while co-developing an AI model. You will also be supporting the factory business partners with projects and month end closing. 

This includes working with:

-    Finance Business Partners and business leaders at all levels of the organization
-    Tools such as; Excel, PowerBI, PPT and SAP
-    A diverse global team having a lot of fun while making a significant impact to Grundfos’ journey

You will be working for 15-20 hours a week at our headquarter in Bjerringbro, Denmark, but we are of course ready to schedule your working hours around exams and schoolwork, and there will also be an opportunity to work from home. 

What do you need to apply?

-    You are entering last year of your bachelor or first year of your masters studies this summer within Finance, Economics or similar. 
-    You show initiative and work proactively and independently on new assignments, as this will help you make the most of your time with us.
-    You strive with responsibility, freedom to operation and exposure to all levels of the organization.
-    You have an international outlook and speak and write English fluently.
