In Grundfos CBS Global Sales Development Team, we are looking for a student assistant to support us in driving minor analysis and reporting projects as well as supporting transforming data into appealing presentations.

You will join a department with +30 colleagues at global level, all working within the areas of sales development serving the commercial building sales regions and customers globally. More specifically, you will be working in our ‘CBS Commercial Excellence, Pricing & GKAM’ team together with 8 colleagues. The team works globally and currently sits on 7 different locations across Europe, Middle East and South Asia.

The office is located in Bjerringbro with direct train connection from Aarhus, but carpooling is also frequently used. Our current student assistant has been with us for 1.5 years, and we are used to having students working as an active part of our team.     

Driving own projects and supporting management processes, presentations etc.

In this position, you will be assisting in making sure we support our sales regions with solid management information and deliver reports and analysis in a timeline manner as well as support/drive ad hoc projects or management presentations.

This includes working with: 

•    Supporting on the monthly commercial excellence reporting that goes out to our sales regions
•    Supporting the sales development team with analysis or presentation material, often in Excel and/or PowerPoint 
•    Support analysis and reporting on the performance of our largest and most important customers, through regular and ad hoc assignments
•    Driving various projects (e.g., development of PowerBI dashboards, building and maintaining SharePoint sites etc – depending on your profile and interest)
•    Ad hoc planning tasks and support of the department

What do you need to apply?

•    You are studying at either Bachelor’s or starting Master degree level within Business Consulting, Business Intelligence, Finance or similar. 
•    You are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel and are comfortable with or willing to learn data visualization tools, like Power BI. 
•    You have an international outlook and possess a high proficiency level in English both spoken and written
•    You bring strong analytical skills, being able to find the core piece of information in a large dataset as well as zooming out to understand the bigger picture and presenting it for others
•    You are able to quickly grasp the technical details behind software systems – experience with SAP ERP/SAP CRM/SAP BW is an advantage but not a pre-requisite. 

You are willing to work 15-20 hours per week out of our Bjerringbro office or from your home office.
