What is the programme about?
Designed to prepare you for your next career step, the programme consists of three eight-month rotations to accelerate your growth and unlock your potential.
In each rotation you will be working on a specific project under the management of a Project Owner and a team of Grundfos employees. During this project, you will contribute to a real challenge found in the business, so we expect you to give it your best and engage fully in each project.
Continuous development opportunities will empower you to improve your skills and abilities. You will be part of a global community of Global Graduates, coming together as a group several times over the course of the programme, both online and in person. You will for example participate in a gathering at our headquarters in Bjerringbro, experience Grundfos’ history and be a part of its future.
