Job Description

Are you passionate about making a tangible impact and want to tackle real-world challenges where sustainability meets profit?

Join Grundfos as a Strategy Consultant in our Group Strategy function and embark on our journey to become the leading provider of intelligent water and climate solutions globally!

This is a highly attractive opportunity for a driven individual with 1–2 years of professional experience (e.g. from a consultancy, a large complex organisation, or a startup)– or a standout recent graduate with a proven track record of excellence. The perfect place to accelerate your career in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.

What is the job about?

As the Strategy Consultant you will be part of Grundfos’ in-house corporate consulting team, one of three teams in the Group Strategy function. We collaborate closely across the three teams, why you will work alongside 24 highly skilled colleagues. We are more than 10 different nationalities with different educational and professional backgrounds, including long-term Grundfos specialists, former top-tier consultants, and former participants of the Grundfos Global Graduate Programme. Together, we solve key challenges top of the agenda of our C-suite, ensuring Grundfos remains at the forefront of innovation, sustainability, and social impact.

Furthermore, you will:

  • Work on strategic projects across the entire Grundfos organisation in areas such as corporate strategy, growth initiatives, sustainability, digitalisation and M&A.
  • Deliver impact in collaboration with diverse stakeholders across the organisation, from senior leadership to sales, business development and engineering teams.
  • Develop recommendations and drive implementation to ensure our strategies translate into measurable results.
  • Gain unparalleled exposure to Grundfos’ global operations while honing your consulting, project management and problem-solving skills.

Your background:

We are searching for top talent with the ambition to grow and the mindset to thrive in a dynamic, high-impact environment. You do not need to be an accomplished consultant yet, because together, we will turn you into one. You could be an engineer, business graduate, or social scientist with:

  • A strong academic record (master’s level preferred).
  • 1–2 years of work experience or outstanding achievements as a recent graduate.
  • A growth mindset—you’re a proven learner, curious, and eager to continuously improve.
  • Significant analytical skills and the eagerness to navigate complex challenges.
  • Great communication and collaboration abilities to engage with stakeholders across functions and cultures.

What’s in it for you?

Whether it’s developing skills or advancing your expertise even further, we’ll support you with continuous learning and development opportunities, to help discuss and steer your long-term Grundfos career path. You’ll be welcomed from day one into an inclusive and trusting environment, where we benefit from sparring and using each other’s competence to deliver on our projects and commitments to the organization guided by six core values.

In addition, your day-to-day benefits include:

  • Flexible working hours and up to 3 days’ additional paid leave for volunteering of your choice.
  • Annual bonuses, health insurance, parental support, internal well-being consultants and programs.
  • Access to the modern Grundfos Academy to pursue further both personal and professional development.
  • Diverse, inclusive environment with employee-led forums offering colleagues a safe place to connect and share openly.
