You will join the Excellence & Transformation team in Domestic Building Services, which works closely with the divisional leadership team on strategy, deployment, cadences, and sales excellence.

 
What is the job about?

The Strategy & Portfolio Manager plays a critical role in shaping the future direction of the Domestic Building Services division by managing the divisional strategy and inorganic growth portfolio. The Strategy & Portfolio Manager oversees the development of the divisional 3-year strategy, including conducting strategic reviews while supporting the realization of the division’s inorganic growth goals.

 
Your Responsibilities:

•    Supervise the development of the divisional strategy and ensure related strategic projects.
•    Conduct an annual strategic review to evaluate underlying assumptions and identify areas for improvement.
•    Manage the division's inorganic growth portfolio and ensure that it aligns with its short- and long-term strategic vision. Stay updated on emerging trends and industry dynamics to ensure the portfolio's relevancy.
•    Support the qualification of the division's inorganic growth pipeline and support preparations ahead of touchpoints with Group Management and the Board of Directors in close collaboration with Group Strategy.
•    Ensure the reporting of progress towards the Divisional Leadership Team, Group Management, and the Board of Directors.
 

Your background 
We imagine that you have:


•    Relevant master’s degree from a business school or university within economics, commerce, or general business administration.
•    Previous experience from either management consulting or a similar role in a global company.
•    Experience with defining and/or following through on critical strategic initiatives within a matrix organization and knowledge of best practices, frameworks, and processes relevant to the role.
Competencies:
•    Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
•    Proficient in oral and written English
•    Demonstrated ability to coordinate strategic projects.
•    Self-driven and able to manage multiple stakeholders across the value chain.
•    Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and communicate ideas in a clear and understandable way.
•    Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems with a diverse strategic toolbox.
•    Advanced numerical and visualization capabilities.
