We are looking for a Strategic Supply Chain Project Specialist to lead initiatives that enhance operational performance and support strategic sales projects within our IT Cooling business.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate Operations and Supply Chain actions for strategic Sales projects.
• Act as the primary liaison between Sales and global Plants, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Translate business priorities into actionable operations plans and drive execution.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
• Support footprint and sourcing strategies to build long-term resilience.
• Contribute to growth plans by positioning the supply chain as a competitive advantage.
• Participate in customer meetings and support Sales with operational insights.
• Develop reporting tools to visualize performance metrics.
• Drive supply chain activities for new product introductions and manage ramp-up/down processes.

Your background:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain within a multinational company.
• Strong business acumen and global mindset.
• Solid understanding of supply chain concepts.

• Strategic, tactical, and operational thinking.
• Strong planning, organizing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and SAP.
