Job Summary

An exciting opportunity awaits within the world's leading water technology company. Grundfos Pumps Australia are seeking the skills of a professional Production Engineer/Graduate to join our friendly, inclusive, and highly inspirational Production team, based in our Adelaide office, servicing our customers in Australia.


The list of activies that the ideal candidate will undertake day to day include:

  • Operate area-specific equipment  (safety check, setting,  loading materials into production machines, operating, removing, packing and sorting materials and finished products)
  • Proper use and documentation of measurement equipment
  • Understand and follow work instructions and training materials


  • Respect  all company safety policies and procedures
  • Report of near misses / accidents in a timely manner to the Supervisor or Safety Coordinator and share in DAM (Daily Action Meeting)
  • Maintain 5S in your area


  • Adhere to quality policies / procedures  and respect them
  • Produce quality work which meets or exceeds both internal and external stakeholder requirements
  • Apply Quality tools learned


  • Propose and formulate improvements ideas
  • Participate to continuous improvement workshop


  • Consistently meet production expectations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Respect Total Productive  Maintenance planning


  • Consistently demonstrate respect for all stakeholders in the business and work productively and respectfully with others towards team and company goals
  • Act and adopt collaborative behavior to improve team work    


The ideal applicant with embody the following skills and experience attributes:


  • Must have  TFO (Transitional Facility Operator, MPI) or at a push AP (Accredited Person, MPI) and with at least experience in Assembly
  • Ideally has SAP knowledge or good computer skills
  • Frontline leadership course desirable
  • Experience working as a leading hand
  • Must have Forklift license
  • First Aid (desirable)
  • Experience working with Materiel Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) (desirable)
  • Awareness of Manual Handling
  • Knowledge in Work Health and Safety practices
