Your responsibilities
As part of our talented kitchen team, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and developing menus and dishes
- Handling high quality ingredients
- Preparing and presenting food at an exceptional level
- Ensuring taste, expression, and quality that match gourmet standards
- Contributing to a professional, collaborative, and inspiring kitchen culture
Your background and personality
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong culinary expertise and a deep understanding of top-level gastronomy
- Thrives in a creative and professional kitchen environment
- Has experience from high end à la carte restaurants – ideally in Denmark or abroad
- Speaks English fluently and preferable Danish
- Works independently, takes responsibility, and thinks creatively
- Is well presented, welcoming, and a strong communicator
- Has access to a car
