Job Description

What is the Job all about?

Develop and drive the global OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) marketing activation plan in the APAC region, with a special focus on overseeing end-user marketing activities for the Japan market. Attract, engage, and convert the End-User/OEM segment in both upper and lower funnel sales activities. Responsible for regional budget planning and spending.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Overall responsible for developing and driving the regional OEM marketing deployment plan.
  • Support local marketers in effective and efficient deployment of OEM marketing activities across key APAC markets.
  • Oversee marketing activities in Japan for key verticals including digital marketing, events and channel engagement.
  • Align with regional Commercial director on local focus and targets.
  • Partner with the Japan sales team to support business priorities with tailored marketing programs.
  • Track and report on campaign and marketing performance, optimise based on insights.
  • Establish and drive a strong feedback loop by regularly collecting and sharing market insights, campaign learnings, best practices and partner/customer input with the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Drive and facilitate regional value excellence approaches (value-based selling)

 

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.  
  • Proficiency in both English and Japanese required.
