Sales Engineer, Grundfos Singapore

 

What is the job about?

 

We are looking for a Sales Engineer in Singapore to drive growth in the Industrial Solutions channel with a strong focus on distributor management. The role involves providing technical support to ensure correct specification and application of Grundfos products, managing the full sales life cycle through CRM tools, and collaborating with distributors to expand market reach. You will also share knowledge and identify opportunities beyond the designated channel to enhance sales and profitability across the assigned area. This position directly reports to the Senior Sales Manager, Distribution 2 – Industry Division, Oceania and South Asia.

 

Your main responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets within the assigned market.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities that can benefit from Grundfos products and services.
  • Provide basic technical support to distributors and end users, ensuring correct specification and application of Grundfos products.
  • Meet facetime targets to strengthen customer and distributor relationships.
  • Actively follow sales processes, including effective use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting (e.g., expenses, sales activities).
  • Maintain and drive Sales Excellence standards across all activities.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested, aligned with the position.

 

Your background:

 

        We imagine that you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a large international company.
  • Proven experience in Key Account and distributor management.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently as part of the role.
