What is the job about?

 

The Regional Marketing Senior Manager has the overall responsibilities to lead the regional marketing team which secures productivity of IND division in APAC. Develops and executes regional marketing strategy while making sure alignment with global marketing direction and regional commercial priorities, especially on our focus in terms of IEM/OEM (Industry End user / Original Equipment Manufacturer) vertical marketing as well as SBTi(Science Based Target Index) and relevant dealer partner engagement. Translates strategy into plans and actions with close measurement on the aligned KPI target

 

Your main responsibilities

 

  • Overall responsible, together with APAC management and IND BU (Industry Business Unit) global solutions & marketing team for proposing, developing and implementing marketing projects;
  • Responsible for overall product and solution promotion related to APAC Industry solution portfolio especially SBTi related solutions and products.
  • Managing the overall communication framework including wished IND market position, Value proposition towards all relevant personas within all IND application areas and the value selling foundation needed.            
  • Overall responsible for the APAC IND go-to-market tactics
  • Responsible for the performance of the team through guidance, direction setting and motivation of the workforce.
  • Select the right people and keep them trained and motivated to add value to Grundfos customers, and secure the right mix of talent
  • Secure all processes related to developing, localizing and implementing marketing activities are maintained and strive to constantly improve efficiency of those
  • Special attention to staying on top of Digital marketing opportunities in the IND APAC market.  
  • Initiate and specify new customer centric development projects, and ensure market deliveries       
  • Other Ad-hoc tasks and projects as and when required.       

 

Your background:

        We imagine that you have: 

 

  • Experience developing, implementing processes specifically within marketing.
  • Experience executing on strategies and strategic initiatives within a complex business environment; experience from a large manufacturing environment is particularly advantageous.
  • Experience operating and developing a team and process within marketing.
  • Most likely to have 10+ years of relevant work experience before entering level.
  • With about 5 + years in supervising marketing team
  • Good ability to direct and influence others.
  • Great knowledge of best practices and relevant systems within marketing
