Purpose of the Job
Responsible for administration within the function. Support the SVP (Senior Vice President) and one or more Directors with on-going secretarial and administrative tasks. Ensure coordination of activities and different projects/tasks. Drive and support ad hoc tasks
Key Accountabilities
- Planning & coordination of various meetings, appointments and events
(e.g., F2F Management meetings)
- Maintain calendar on behalf of Head of Sales
- Manage travel itineraries
- Drive ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned
- Prof reading of various material and presentations
- Maintain updates on org charts and other material requiring regular updates
- Prepare reports and connect with stakeholders for inputs
- Tasks about various costs
- Minutes of meetings and follow up on agreed actions when relevant
- Create and maintain overview of tasks and projects in Global Sales
- Ad Hoc tasks
- Further tasks will be developed according to need and competences of person hired

- Member of the Global Sales Leadership team (if established)

- Regional Sales Heads
- Head of Global Sales Development
- Head of Service Sales
- PA´s in the sales regions
- Divisional PA
- HRBP for Global Sales
- Finance BP´s in sales
Required Minimum Qualifications
- Experience driving processes within Administration and Business Support
- Ability to lead processes or small projects
- Ability to lead a business process within Administration and Business Support
- Most likely to have some relevant work experience. Preferably from within Grundfos
- Strong sense for details
- Technical, functional, and professional
- Strong ability to influence others
- Proven experience supporting high level managers with administrative tasks
- Strong knowledge of best practices and relevant practices, systems in Administration and Business Support.

Preferred background
Most probably you hold a relevant vocational or bachelor’s degree within Business Administration, Communication or similar or equivalent work experience. Preferably, you have several years of experience from a similar position. You have experience in planning, communication, and coordination in a large international organization.
