What is the Job all about?
This job will be responsible for performing order management requirements and addressing exceptions and errors in an accurate and timely basis from order entry up to on-time delivery and includes issuing of Order Confirmation, raising internal order amendment forms for order amendment, and disseminating information to respective departments for action.
You will be reporting to the APAC Industry Supply Chain Manager and will be assigned to work in Singapore.
Your main responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain orders to ensure our main Key Performance Indicators are met.
Your background:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience working with SAP.
