As our new Order Execution Coordinator, you will be coordinating end-to-end order execution processes, resolving supply chain issues, and driving timely inbound shipment management across Asia Pacific and China. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Order Execution & Supply Chain Operations team, you'll create impact by Ensuring smooth order fulfillment and proactive issue resolution that directly elevates customer satisfaction and supply chain performance across the region..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Handle CIC tickets submitted by various stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution or escalation to meet customer service standards
  • Assist customers with order progression and supply chain issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage inbound shipment processes, resolve issues, and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
  • Collaborate closely with CSSC, Global Logistics (GLOG), and freight forwarders across Asia Pacific/China and globally
  • Analyze key performance indicators related to order execution, identify root causes of failures, and escalate when necessary
  • Provide order fulfillment support to the CSSC and Service Delivery teams

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented and proactive coordinator with strong communication skills in English and Chinese, solid computer literacy, and a genuine enthusiasm for supply chain operations and customer service excellence. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to participate in and execute defined order execution and customer service processes

It is a plus if you also:

  • 0-2 years of experience in supply planning, distribution operations, or logistics
  • Knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems from an order execution perspective
  • Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PL) or knowledge of courier express and LTL transportation
