What is the job about?
Support the VP or senior management team with on-going secretarial and administrative tasks to ensure coordination of activities and different projects
Your main responsibilities:
- Provides wide range of day to day administrative and secretarial support to CBS Operations VP
- Organizes and plans on behalf of VP and the management team, including keeping an updated overview of tasks and projects in the function.
- Receives calls and responds to inquiries. Handles customers and clients' visiting;
- To be well- prepared for the meetings and do the meeting minutes, surely keep company’s key documents.
- Manages and maintains VP’s dairy schedules. Ensures VP’s travel arrangements are managed effectively.
- Assist VP for the projects management and follow up with financial acumen.
- Keep smooth and effective communication among all the functions within CBS Operations and other important stakeholders.
- Help the VP to co-ordinate the internal and external relationships.

Your background:
We imagine that you have:
- At least 5 years of secretary experience.
- Fluent in both oral & written English.
- Bachelor’s degree, prefer to major in Administration or relevant areas.
- Good proficiency in computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, etc.
- Flexible and open-minded, team-working spirit can work in a time-sensitive setting.
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
- Organize priorities person who possesses good organization skills and can deliver multiple priorities, to meet deadlines and to anticipate.
- Confidentiality, quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, and thoroughness of work performed.
- Ability to gain the trust and respect of management and employees.
- The integrity of highly confidential business and product information.
- Ability to communicate effectively and develop good working relationships with other employees and customers.
- Ability to co-work with peers and relative stakeholders
