As our new Student Assistant - Innovation Project & Operations Support, you will be supporting innovation and business development activities at our Singapore Innovation Hub, helping strengthen project execution and governance across the full innovation journey—from initiation to execution. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Singapore Innovation Hub team, you'll create impact by Supporting project teams with structured documentation, knowledge management, and digital enablement that accelerate how we bring innovative water solutions to life.


Your main responsibilities include:
•    Support innovation project managers by maintaining project documentation, tracking milestones, and monitoring project maturity across the innovation pipeline
•    Manage and improve SharePoint structures to ensure effective knowledge sharing and collaboration across global teams
•    Assist with operational excellence initiatives including process improvements and administrative coordination
•    Contribute to digital and AI enablement efforts by exploring and implementing modern collaboration tools across the hub
•    Help prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders in R&D, Business Development, and Product Management

 

What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a proactive and structured student with strong organizational skills, a knack for digital tools, and a genuine interest in innovation, sustainability, and project governance.

We would also imagine that you have:
•    Currently enrolled in a degree program in engineering, business, or a related field
•    Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
It is a plus if you also:
•    Interest or coursework in innovation management, project governance, or sustainability
•    Experience with AI-powered productivity tools or digital collaboration platforms
•    Familiarity with stage-gate or similar innovation framework methodologies
