As our new Associate Sales Engineer, OEM, Singapore, you will be managing and growing OEM accounts across Singapore, combining technical expertise with commercial acumen to deliver tailored pumping solutions that help our customers succeed. What you will be doing

As a key part of the OEM Sales, Asia Pacific team, you'll create impact by Strengthening Grundfos's OEM market presence by nurturing existing partnerships and unlocking new business opportunities across Singapore's industrial landscape..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Manage and develop existing OEM accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Prospect and acquire new OEM customers through market research, outreach, and relationship building
  • Provide technical consultation and product selection support to OEM partners, matching Grundfos solutions to their system requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams including application engineering, product management, and supply chain to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and commercial offers aligned with customer specifications
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a technically minded sales professional with a strong foundation in engineering, a talent for relationship building, and a drive to grow business in the OEM segment. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline
  • 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or application engineering, preferably in pumps, HVAC, or industrial equipment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages relevant to the Singapore market are a plus

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience working with OEM customers or within the pump and water technology industry
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Knowledge of pump hydraulics, system design, or fluid handling applications
