Associate Project Sales & Delivery Engineer, CBS Singapore
Job Description

Deliver successful execution of Commercial Building Services (CBS) projects by managing all activities from sales handover through completion. This role ensures on‑time delivery, strict quality and compliance adherence, and effective stakeholder engagement. It contributes directly to financial performance and customer satisfaction while providing exposure to the full project lifecycle. The position requires proactive problem‑solving and strong collaboration with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to drive seamless project execution.

   

Your main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with specified timelines, scope, and standards.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve standard matters.
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, customers, building owners, engineering contractors, design institutes, consulting firms, and authorities.
  • Create and sustain good relationships with customers, M&E consultants, developers, and end-users to ensure smooth execution and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules with suppliers and plants.
  • Ensure system calculations are validated, mechanical and electrical drawings are submitted for approval, site coordination with subcontractors and customers is carried out, and pump delivery, installation, and testing & commissioning (T&C) are completed according to plan.
  • Support progress claim submissions to secure payment agreements, ensure authority submissions (e.g., PUB) are processed, confirm O&M manuals are delivered, and monitor quarterly maintenance during the Defects Liability Period (12, 15, or 18 months). Ensure that any required simple repairs are arranged and completed.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate issues promptly to Sales Engineers.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and sharing feedback.     

Your background:

  • Diploma or Higher NITEC (Singapore) in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Diploma or Certificate (Malaysia) from recognized polytechnics or technical institutes in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or equivalent.
  • Vocational/Technical Certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or pump systems are also acceptable.
  • Candidates with relevant work experience in project coordination or building services may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, technical support, or sales support within construction or building services.
  • Exposure to commercial building projects (e.g. mixed developments, data centers, office buildings) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of pump systems for plumbing, sanitary, and HVAC applications.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and perform simple system calculations.
