As our new Aftermarket Sales Engineer, you will be driving aftermarket sales growth in the Commercial Building Service (CBS) segment, developing service solutions that meet customer needs while delivering strong revenue and profitability results. What you will be doing

As a key part of the CBS Aftermarket Sales team, you'll create impact by Growing our aftermarket service business by connecting customers with the right solutions for spare parts, maintenance, and system optimization — ensuring their pump installations perform at their best..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Drive service sales revenue and profitability in your assigned area by building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Prepare tailored service product offerings — including spare parts, repair & maintenance, preventive maintenance, and system solutions — aligned with customer requirements
  • Develop and execute the service sales budget for your area, delivering on both qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Maintain a structured customer database with visit schedules, sales opportunities, quotation statuses, and follow-up actions
  • Proactively identify new prospects and potential customers to expand the aftermarket service portfolio
  • Advise customers on technical matters including product operation, specifications, energy optimization, and application best practices

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a results-oriented service sales professional with a hunter mindset, strong technical acumen in mechanical or electrical engineering, and the ability to independently drive aftermarket growth in a customer-facing role. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Service Sales Engineer or similar aftermarket sales role
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and deliver against sales targets

It is a plus if you also:

  • Knowledge of energy consumption and energy-saving solutions in commercial building applications
  • Experience with pump systems, HVAC, or water technology aftermarket services
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales pipeline management
