As our new Marketing Intern, you will be supporting two flagship marketing initiatives — the China International Import Expo (CIIE) and the National Licensed Dealer Conference — while contributing to day-to-day marketing operations in a fast-paced, multinational environment. What you will be doing

As a key part of the China Marketing team, you'll create impact by Driving seamless execution of high-visibility events and bilingual marketing content that strengthens Grundfos's brand presence across China..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Support CIIE exhibition planning including logistics coordination, booth materials preparation, bilingual content creation, and on-site event execution
  • Coordinate the National Licensed Dealer Conference — managing registrations, vendor communications, marketing asset deliverables, and post-event feedback summaries
  • Create, translate, and proofread marketing materials (CN/EN) ensuring brand consistency and accuracy across all touchpoints
  • Maintain and update marketing collateral (brochures, datasheets, digital assets) and support weekly social media monitoring
  • Provide structured status updates and proactive follow-ups to keep all deliverables on track across overlapping project timelines
  • Support visitor registration, lead collection, data entry, and post-event lead list compilation for timely handoff to sales teams

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a proactive, detail-oriented undergraduate or postgraduate student with strong bilingual communication skills, fast learning agility, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines without letting details slip through the cracks. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Current undergraduate or postgraduate student in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English (working-level English required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Availability for on-site support in Shanghai CIIE (Nov 5 – Nov 10) and Dealer Conference (Nov 30 – Dec 4, travel to another city is required)

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience with AI productivity tools (Copilot, Canvas, or similar)
  • Prior exposure to event coordination, B2B marketing, or agency collaboration
  • Experience working in international or multicultural team environments
