What is the job about?
- Capture, conceptualize and execute/drive the new growth initiatives with CBS China.
Your main responsibilities:
- Strategy deployment and drive execution in key focused area, such as Vertical development; Geo Expansion; System & Solution; Digitalization; Key accounts planning; Channel diversification, etc.
- Capture and conceptualize the growth opportunities in key focused areas; and develop it with supporting analytics and business cases.
- Evaluating all potential growth opportunities and creating tactical business recommendations based on thorough external market insights & internal capability analysis.
- Execute or drive the complex sales development projects in cooperation with relevant stakeholders across the entire value chain; Lead the pilot projects where necessary.
- Create concepts/methods/tools/enablers for sales force execution.
- Support and provide local input to Global sales development projects /Global solution &Marketing.
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree of Engineering, Marketing or Business;
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience working with strategy/sales development/business development or similar function; or equivalent experience in consulting firms with similar client industry;
- Proven results on successful New Growth projects and Strategy deployment projects;
- Deep understanding to China CBS customer verticals in Data Centre, Commercial building; Factory building; Infrastructure; Public buildings; District Energy;
- Proven record of cross-functional cooperation in a local as well as Global environment;
- Ability to break down complex problems into a simplified way, conduct root cause analysis and provide clear, well thought-out recommendations;
- Ability to manage up, down and across the wider organization and to build/maintain high level relationships;
- Ability to communicate in an open and authentic manner in all situations;
- Fluent speaking and writing skills in English and Mandarin
