Job Purpose:
• Handling of sales within assigned business scope within the framework of the strategies and policies of the company. Geographic expansion HC targeting at Shanghai of China.
• To Maintain and develop the targeted market sales channels, promote Grundfos pump brand in the industrial end users
Job Description:
• Responsible for the sales in agreed market – Shanghai of China. Annual sales target : CNY 20M - 30M.
• Result orientation, project and solution sales feeling.
• Maintain good relationship with dealers, engineering companies, end users, design institutes, consulting firms, and authorities.
• Develop sales network in terms of dealers, business partners. Maintain and development long term partnership with the important business partner.
• Provide support to distributors / partners for industry sales. Including industrial projects and industrial end users.
• Business development on new fields and applications to increase sales turnover.
• Coordinate and participate in customer seminars, exhibitions and other sales promotion events.
• Maintain CRM database containing visiting dates, agreements, particular about customers, relevant figures, quotations and sales turnover, etc.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above, technical background or engineering major.
• 5~10 years working experience with fluid machinery, motor or water treatment equipment or consultancy or sales works in industrial fields.
• Familiar with water treatment application and business model/technical background/ big project sales experience/sales from WT contractors is preferred.
• Learning ability
